Jason T. Chiakowsky, DDS
Dr. Chiakowsky has been practicing dentistry since 1993 and orthodontics since 1996. He is committed to doing his best to giveyou the results that you desire and deserve.
Dr. Chiakowsky keeps current with the continuing education of his profession, has enjoyed mission trips for Dentistry and has presented lectures in his Orthodontic specialty. He is an active member in his professional societies and has received several awards throughout his career:

Blue Zone Dental works closely with board-certified dental specialists who perform a variety of procedures, including:
